Pricing
Prices listed are in US Dollars (USD). Exchange to Canadian Dollars (CAD) will be applied to Canadian customers based on the current exchange rate. All sales and pricing are subject to change without notice. Product prices, options and descriptions are subject to change by CTS at any time without prior notice.
Claims
If there is damage or missing parts it must be reported to us via [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns, Store Credit & Cancellations
If you need to return, cancel or exchange a product please do not contact us by phone. Returns are handled online via online return form. For all cancellations please go to the cancellations page under my account. All cancellations that have not shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
There are no returns or exchanges on used parts, electrical components (including tuning/flash cables and boxes), fuel injectors, fuel pumps, ignition components etc.
There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. CTS Turbo reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on special order items. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
**All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and must be unopened in original packaging. Shipping returns/exchanges must be prepaid and insured before sending, CTS Turbo is not responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be received by CTS Turbo within 10 calendar days after the RMA Number has been issued. **
*All wholesale orders are final. No returns or exchanges can be made.
All shipping errors must be provided to CTS Turbo within one business day of purchase. Special orders or shipped orders are subject to a 35% cancellation fee. Ordering products through CTS Turbo, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy. Claims for CTS Turbo products that are not purchased directly from CTS Turbo should be directed to the authorized dealer from where the product was originally purchased from. If necessary the CTS Turbo authorized dealer will arrange for repair or replacement of the product.
Sale Periods:
If CTS Turbo parts sold within 7 days of the sale start date, a credit for the difference between retail and the sale price will be issued. Example: If you purchased a part on January 1st for $300.00, and it went on sale for $270 on January 8th, then you are entitled to a $30 credit. This credit is not a refund, it is non-refundable and can be used only be used towards future purchases during non-sale periods. This credit must be claimed by the end of the sale period and cannot be combined with any other promotional incentives. When we receive and store unclaimed property/returns for more than 30 days they will be disposed of without remuneration if goods are not claimed within 30 days.
Warranty
Product warranty is handled by the manufacturer against defects for material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported before installation. All product warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labour charges, downtime or any other fees incurred are on the onus of the customer. Some CTS Turbo products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of the invoice. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. There is no warranty on electrical components, such as injectors, fuel pumps, controllers etc. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective the customer will receive, at the discretion of CTS Turbo, free repair or replacement. For warranty claims, please fill out the online form completely. All unclaimed items will be considered abandoned after sixty (60) calendar days, and will be recycled in accordance with our local guidelines.
Warranty for all CTS Turbo Turbochargers are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 6 months from purchase date.
Warranty on other manufacturer’s products will be processed under their terms and conditions.
Orders
CTS Turbo processes all orders in sequence. However, it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, during sale periods this can be extended from 3-5 business days. Special order items can take a week or more to be processed and shipped. Orders with address verification problems or any other issue may take longer.
Shipping
CTS Turbo online store allows shipping to the billing address only. If you wish to use an alternate address, we encourage you to place your order with one of our distributors.
Expedited shipping does not include expedited order processing. Please allow for order processing times or 2-3 business days before your order ships. Longer processing times are expected during busy sale periods.
Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground/FedEx Ground or USPS Priority (for smaller packages). Delivery times are 2-5 business days; depending on your location.
Expedited UPS or FedEx 3-day service is available for an additional charge. Very large shipments will ship by freight trucking service.
ALL SHIPMENTS OVER $100 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. NO EXCEPTIONS. To avoid delivery complications, please make sure you provide a shipping address where a signature can be provided upon delivery.
Packages with value at or over $100 require a signature. If you are not able to sign and the shipment is returned to us you will be liable for the outgoing and return shipment charges.
International shipments are shipped via UPS International Expedited or FedEx International Economy, delivery times are 5-10 business days; depending on your location. Customs duty, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Verification
We will only ship to a verified billing address, there are no exceptions to this rule. An address has to be listed as primary or secondary on a credit card.
Address Errors or Changes
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. IF YOUR ADDRESS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND COMPLETE A NEW ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Cancellation requests: https://www.ctsturbo.com/cancellations/
Shipping Errors
All Shipping Errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship the correct item at our expense. Shipping errors caused by incorrect information provided by customers will be re-shipped at our discretion, additional freight charges will apply.
Lost, Undelivered or Stolen Shipments
In case of a missing shipment, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the courier and inform you on the resolution. Please note, that courier companies have their own guidelines and rules that must be followed. Most delivery trucks are outfitted with GPS, so confirming the delivery is very easy for the shipping company.
What to do if your package is stolen:
- File a police report (proof of report may be required).
- Contact CTS Turbo with your tracking number and any supporting information, such as CCTV footage.
- Await for the resolution from FedEx, UPS or USPS, based on the result of their investigation.
Payment
We currently accept most major credit cards and debit cards via our secure online store. We also accept money orders and bank transfers. We DO NOT accept personal checks or PayPal.
Duties and Importation Charges
You are responsible for paying any import duties or charges that may apply to any products purchased on www.ctsturbo.com. CTS Turbo does not assume any responsibility for import duties or charges related to any products. Orders shipped to the USA do not incur duties or taxes. All order shipped within Canada are subject to GST/PST or HST depending on the location.
Overseas and International orders
All overseas orders must be paid via wire transfer unless specifically agreed upon. If you would like to pay us via Wire Transfer, please contact [email protected] and our info will be sent to you. This account is checked daily for wired funds, however, please make us aware if you would like to make a purchase first. Also, if you have a memo or notes section when you file for the wire transfer, please include your estimate number. Please contact our sales department if you do not have this number. Tracking numbers
Tracking numbers will be sent out with order complete email. If you have an order placed with CTS Turbo and need a tracking number please email for a tracking number [email protected]
Our shipping department will be able to help you out with a tracking number on your order and any other shipping questions.
Disclaimer – For Off-Road Use Only
Many CTS Turbo parts, including exhaust products, are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. CTS Turbo holds no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or other failures when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles that may not be used on public roads.
By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that CTS Turbo holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

By agreeing to the disclaimer you understand that this product/s are for competition use and off-road only. CTS Turbo does not condone or support these products for on-road use. Due to the nature of high-performance applications, CTS Turbo shall not under any circumstances be liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of other property or equipment, cost of purchased or replacement goods or claims of customers of the purchaser, which may arise and/or results from the sale, installation or use of these parts.
