Returns, Store Credit & Cancellations
(ONLINE RETURNS AND WARRANTY COMING SOON)
In the event that you need to return, cancel or exchange a product do NOT call in. You must fill out this form completely and email it in PDF Format to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, invoice number/order ID, return tracking number and the reason why you would like to return, cancel or exchange your order. There are Absolutely no returns or exchanges on used parts, electrical components (including tuning/flash cables and boxes), fuel injectors, fuel pumps, ignition components etc. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days, CTS Turbo reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on special order items.
All shipping errors must be provided to CTS Turbo within 1 (one) business day of receipt. All cancelled orders will incur a 35% processing fee even if an order has not shipped. Special orders or shipped orders are subject to a 35% cancellation fee. By placing an order with CTS Turbo, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy. Claims for CTS Turbo products that are not purchased directly from CTS Turbo should be directed to the authorized dealer from where the product was originally purchased from. If necessary the CTS Turbo authorized dealer will arrange for repair or replacement of the product.
Store credit is logged by our accounting system to keep this process simple and easy for our customers. Because of the numerous amount of credit requests we receive, there is a 90-day limit to use store credit. If store credit is not used within 90 days, the credit will be forfeited. We receive and store unclaimed property/returns regularly due to the large number of packages we ship. We do not have facilities to continue to store unclaimed property/returns if goods are not claimed within 30 days of receipt they will also be forfeited.
If a CTS customer purchases a part, which happens to go on sale then they are entitled to a credit as long as that purchase was made within 5 business days prior to the sale starting. The credit is non-refundable and can be used only be used towards future purchases during non-sale periods. This credit must be claimed by the end of the sale period and cannot be combined with any other promotional incentives.
**All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and must be unopened in original packaging. Shipping returns/exchanges/cancellations must be prepaid prior to sending, CTS Turbo is not responsible for return shipping costs. **
Merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges, downtime or any other fees incurred will not be allowed. All CTS Turbo products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of invoice. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damages resulting from racing. There is no warranty on electrical components, such as injectors, fuel pumps, controllers etc. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective the customer will receive, at the discretion of CTS Turbo, free repair or replacement. For warranty claims, please fill out this form completely, send the tracking number for your returned goods to email@example.com along with your RMA form, missing or incorrect information may delay processing.

CTS Turbo processes all orders as soon as possible. However, it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, during sale periods this can be extended from 3-5 business days. Special order items can take a week or more to be processed and shipped. Orders with address verification problems or any other issue may take longer, in which case you will be contacted by a CTS Turbo representative.
Our primary method of shipping is FedEx Ground or USPS Priority (for smaller packages). Delivery times are 2-5 business days; depending on your location.
Expedited FedEx 3-day service is available for an additional charge. Next-day air is available for return customers only, please contact sales! Very large shipments will ship by freight trucking service.
ALL SHIPMENTS OVER $100 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. NO EXCEPTIONS. To avoid delivery complication, please make sure you provide a shipping address where a signature can be provided upon delivery.
International shipments are shipped via FedEx Economy, delivery times are 5-10 business days; depending on your location. Customs duty, taxes and other charges are responsibility of customer.
We will only ship to a verified address, there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. An address has to be listed as primary or secondary on a credit card. If using Paypal make sure the address you wish to ship to is listed as confirmed. We will not be able to change your delivery address after you place the order.
Any address corrections that are made because of incomplete or incorrect address information provided by our customers will result in a $20 dollar address correction fee that will automatically be charged to the customer at fault. Addresses cannot be abbreviated in any way. If you abbreviate your address, we can not be held responsible for address errors or slow shipping times.
All Shipping Errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship by GROUND shipping at our expense. Shipping errors caused by incorrect information provided by customers will be re-shipped at our discretion, additional freight charges will apply.
We currently accept PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, money orders and bank transfers. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Online store accepts PayPal only.

Overseas and International orders
All overseas orders must be paid via wire transfer unless specifically agreed upon. If you would like to pay us via Wire Transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our info will be sent to you. This account is checked daily for wired funds, however, please make us aware if you would like to make a purchase first. Also, if you have a memo or notes section when you file for the wire transfer, please include your estimate number. Please contact your salesman if you do not have this number. Tracking numbers will be given out by email. If you have an order placed with CTS Turbo and need a tracking number please email for a tracking number firstname.lastname@example.org

Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.
By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that CTS Turbo or www.ctsturbo.com holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
