Warranty Conditions

Warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
1 year manufacturer defect warranty on CTS products only (excl. turbochargers).
6 months manufacturer defect warranty on CTS brand turbochargers.
Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, incorrect installation or misuse of parts.
No warranty on ANY electrical or fuelling components.
Return shipment must be paid by the sender.
Warranty covers repair or replacement of the failed parts only (at CTS Turbo’s discretion). Warranty does not provide refunds or credits.
Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process.
CTS Turbo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By opening the warranty claim, you agree to these terms.
